Payment methods:

Option I 1. 25% - advance, within seven days of signing the Preliminary Agreement, as a deposit; 2. 10% - upon completion of slab elevation ± 0.00; 3. 15% - upon completion of the third slab; 4. 15% - upon completion of a concrete roof /Act 14/; 5. 5% - upon completion of 50% of the installations; 6. 5% - when performing 50% of the plastering; 7. 15% - when installing the windows; 8. 5% - upon signing Act 15 for the building; 9. 5% - upon issuance of a use permit;  

Option II 1. 20% - advance, within seven days of signing the Preliminary Agreement, as a deposit; 2. 60% - upon completion of a concrete roof /Act 14/; 3. 10% - upon issuance of Act 15 for the building; 4. 10% - upon issuance of a use permit;  

Option III 1. 20% - advance, within seven days of signing the Preliminary Agreement, as a deposit; 2. 50% - upon completion of a concrete roof /Act 14/; 3. 25% - when installing the windows; 4. 5% - upon issuance of a use permit;
